Under FBR updated policy, after 60 days, users will be prompted to either change their password or reset it using their registered email or phone number. Why 60 Days?

You might wonder, “Why every 60 days?” The reasoning behind this is simple. Passwords, even strong ones, can become vulnerable over time. Regularly changing passwords decreases the chances of unauthorized access to accounts, ensuring that only the right people can access sensitive data

How It Works

The process is straightforward:

Password Change Reminder: Every 60 days, you will receive a notification prompting you to change your password. You can update it with a new one of your choice, ensuring it is strong and secure.

Password Reset Option: If for any reason you do not change your password within the 60-day period, you will be required to reset it. You can do so by verifying your identity through your registered email or phone number.

This dual approach ensures that even if you forget to update your password, we provide an easy and secure way for you to regain access to your account. It strikes the perfect balance between security and user convenience.
